My name is Adam Meservey and I'm the Physical Education (PE) teacher at Carpenter. I was born and raised in Ann Arbor, and have a strong passion for this community & school district. My teaching philosophy focuses on building relationships with my students first. 

This will be my 4th year at Carpenter, and 5th year teaching overall. The goal for our PE program is to provide our students with the knowledge & skills to be physically active throughout their lives. Our gym will be a safe and welcoming environment for ALL of our students. 

I have a wife, Michelle, and a 5 year old daughter Sadie. Some of my hobbies include playing golf, pickleball, basketball, reading books, and going on adventures with my family. I am looking forward to a great school year!
